Not home yet. In hotel at moment waiting till the flight home this afternoon.
Anyone got any advice on how to reduce the top of the binder hurting like mad.  If it wasn't for that I would be in much pain at all.
Was thinking of jamming cotton wool in there once I get home

Some people have puts socks into any areas that are rubbing. It is definitely the binder hurting though? I thought that it was digging into me when I was in the hospital, but it turned out to be the tape under my arms. Getting the dressings changed sorted that.

Yeah overnight have peed 7 times!   So at least I might have peed out the morphine so hopefully won't feel too dizzy today.
Seen my burger shots!  Wuff the nurse had to hold it on my chest to stop it falling off there was so much.
Left gland = 188
Left fat = 90
Right Gland = 158
Right Fat = 60
will post shots when I get home tomorrow.

Got my stats
LF 150
RF 100
LG 195

Dam I didn't keep biggest of the year for very long :(. Haha
Back home now so can start relaxing a bit.  I am so paranoid about my binder not being tight enough though, I adjusted it myself just before and don't think I could get it any tighter so hopefully that's enough.  I really don't want to male thingy up the compression as there's lots of loose skin and baggyness on me.
I'm pretty sure it is the binder digging in as when I took it off before to adjust it there were like cuts or sores where the top of the binder was.

Yeah oh aye I'm not taking this binder off.  I just needed to re tighten it.
Did notice that the gauze covering the cut has sort of got stuck to my skin somehow.  Not sure how I will get that off without ripping my skin open :-/

Blimey that's considerable for a slim person @Textilemerchant
Yeah binder is diggin into my pit real bad but I don't want to pull it down through fear of not getting compression in the right areas.
Also I had a little peak down there ealier and was horrified so won't be doing that again anytime soon lol
Just a massive concaved area where two massive mountains once lay. 😜

Yeah I think Mr levick said if it was in relation to body size I have it by a mile :) haha.
I still can't work out if my binder is tight enough as I had no problems redoing it up myself and I'm sure I read people said it took two people to do it tight enough for them.
Only problem is I'm getting quite a bit of pain from my kidney area from the bottom of the binder so am thinking if I pull this binder even tighter I'm going to get major gip from down there. :-/

I think my binder is tighter than it feels but due to the lack of sensation in my chest area I can't tell.
I know my backs aching from sleeping on it all night. Normally sleep in my side of front.
