Kevin, lipo-only sounds like a bad idea. Tell your doctor to be prepared to do excision on any glandular growth. If you don't you will likely be UNHAPPY with the final outcome.

Im fully aware that lipo only woudln't get rid of all the glands and the risk that my chest wont be totally flat is high. But considering the situation that I am in, something has to be done to reduce my gynecomastia.  

The cost of surgery plays a large role  in my decision and  surgery with glandular excision would cost much higher. The PS that is gonna do lipo on me has advanced fellowship training in the US and is mentored by Dr. John Lewis. I have thoroughly discussed my concerns with him such as "puffy nipples" and he said he's gonna suck out as much fat and breast tissue as he can.

Since I am doing lipo only I'm lowering my expectations. If the surgery turns out successful and I have a flat chest then great, my bet paid off! If it manages to reduce my gynecomastia but I still have puffy nipples then I woudln't mind puffy nipples so long as I develop a toned muscular chest. At least it woudln't be as bad as my gyne is now.

Looks very good for 1 day. Especially for lipo only.

2 Weeks Post Op Pics!

I think my right chest is a bit larger than my left chest.

For a $1000 operation should I be contented with the results or am I being overly paranoid and perfectionist?
