Looking for a surgeon in Washington State area

Hey everyone,

Decided to bite the bullet and book in for a consultation. However looking around in Seattle, I can't seem to find a surgeon that specializes in gynecomastia. There are many that do this, but it almost seems a side line to the female breast surgeries.

Does anyone know who a good experienced surgeon for gynecomastia is in Seattle, or would it be better to fly down to San Fran, or LA?

You go to LA, have it done and spend a few days there. Then you go home. Who changes the dressings? Who do you see if there is a problem - pain, swelling, infection, removing stitches, etc.? Do you make arrangements with someone locally ahead of time? Would this necessarily be a plastic surgeon and if so would there be egos involved?

These are my exact questions! Plus you have to fly there at least twice, once for the consultation, and then again for the surgery.

And if something goes wrong, then do you get on a plane and fly back there? The whole things sounds fraught with danger.
