I used a hand luggage sized suitcase with wheels with a change of clothes (a loose fitting short sleeved shirt), toiletries and my laptop stocked with films to watch. Depending on which room you're in, the wifi signal can be a bit weak, so I wouldn't rely on Netflix or anything.
Good luck, you'll be fine :)

Hi guys, I'm out and on my way home! Was feeling a bit faint yesterday and couldn't get a decent connection so didn't post back here.
Still very happy about it, the experience was a lot smoother than I imagined and I was terrified of surgery but it went smoothly. I saw initial results when Dr. Levick came to see me this morning, can't really form an opinion yet but they were definitely flat, however I was very swollen with lots of fluid buildup and loose skin, as was expected as levick confirmed several times I was a big case. Still in a fair bit of pain and this binder will definitely get on my nerves, but I will do whatever it takes to get the best result and I was adviced to compress a little longer than others because I had a lot of gland etc removed, can't remember off the top of my head but I think it was roughly 150g from each side along with a fair bit of fat. I can only reiterate to others on here to go ahead with the surgery.

When should I take the tape and dressing off? I think levick said I could yesterday and I have some pain around the area but I think it could just be tape pulling on my skin.

Yeah I didn't know what to do with the dressing either and think I left mine original one on too long so it was hard to get off. My advice would be change the dressing everyday till it stops bleeding and looks like it's healed.

Dressing was taken off sunday, looking forward to taking this binder off and having a look tomorrow. Woke up in a bit of pain on my right side this morning but its setlled down, there has been a permanant pressure pain on my left side but mainly when i tense or breathe in deeply. Does anyone know the email for Dr.Levick that I should send my 1 week updates too? Is it just his normal email?

He normally responds quite quickly on his normal email, that's what I've been using.
