Do Puffy Nipples flatten out when hands behind head?

Hi, I'm new to this board and have noticed my nipples to be a little puffier, I'm in fairly good shape at 6'0" 177lbs and roughly 16% BF, I've always carried extra fat and water in my chest, lower abdominals and love handles.  I have been more self conscious about them lately, but I was checking tests and was no able to feel anything out of the ordinary behind the nipples and when i put my hands behind my head, they flatten out and look normal.  Could I just be carrying extra water and fat in my lower chest or is this a mild case of true gyne?

You have very minimal excess tissue behind the areola -- not water.  

To get a cleared picture of your options, you should consult with a gyne expert -- but be prepared for him to tell you that is very minor and to live with it.
