Hi all, I'm a 27 yo male.. on May last year I had a surgery done with Dr Jacobs. it was amazingly done. But months later the breast returned.. this time much worse than pre op.. Also, I notice in some weeks it would be huge, and in rare occasion, it turns small.. 
I made a mistake of not consulting a endo before going for surgery and now I think hormonal therapy is needed to permenanly remove the breast.. 
The following picture is when my breast are huge .. 
Please advise

I'm sorry, but I don't see any huge breast in that picture! In fact, I would describe them as flat!

I see no problem.  
If you do, Then the problem is much worse than Gynecomastia,  It is called BDD.
