Are you willing to do your best work without any compensation?   The answer is the same.  
I do not mean to be ride, But that is the reality.   There are Doctors who offer to do this work while accepting a charge card.    So you do not need the money up front, but you do need to have good credit.  Many Doctors will only accept such cards up front and will do nothing until their payment has cleared.  Too often people use the cards then contest the bill.  Some Doctors will offer payment terms.  

The Surgery is not an emergency,  It is elective. That means that it is done by choice, not necessity.  That is the reasoning of most insurance companies and the reason why they will not cover it.  

There are insurance programs that will cover the costs, but they are not common and they are expensive.
