10 days Pre-Op Preperations?
Ok, so I am 10 days pre-op right now.
Question: What should I be doing to prep for the surgery?

Should I stay away from alcohol tonight? If so, what is the reason?
Vitamins? Should I be consuming multi-vitmains right now? Anything else I should know?

If you are spending thousands of dollars on surgery, why take a chance of messing it up by drinking alcohol? You can't wait a couple weeks (post-op time too)? If you can't wait 10+ days, consider rehab.
