My Gyno 3 days ago went down alot. The right nipple didn't really have any lump in it but still had a gland and it poked out a little.

My left went down from being a large lump to about the same as my right one previously ( pea size)

They went down more the next few days and are still going down a minute amount every now and then.

Anything I can do to make sure they keep/stay down?
I'm 14 so obviously its puberty changing them(don't give ur too young bs as these other people just have, because i'm not talking about surgery at all). I'd prefer them to go naturally quite soon rather than surgery later.

Advice please :)

I'm not expert on this but I do know that at your age you are bound to get it/lose it. When you have had it more than 3 years and are done with puberty, and still have it then surgery is something to consider.

No need to get rude here Dude!  :-/

There are only two ways to be rid of Gyne....

1. Mother Nature.... this is out of your control and have to play the 'wait and see' game.

2. Surgery.... but like Graham mentioned, you are much too young to even contemplate surgery.

I'm getting rude, because they obviously didn't understand what i was saying and gave absolutely useless replies.

And same with you.
U've told me what i knew a year ago.....when i first got gyne

and for the last time please read I AM NOT GETTING OR THINKING OF SURGERY AS OF YET

Please please don't mention surgery in ur replies....

I may be a child in your eyes, but the replies so far, are by far the most patronising I've ever heard.
Please speak to me with maturity, and I will in return.

Yeah sucks to say but I don't think there is anything you can do but hope that it's just a temporary thing.  While it may not do much, you can always talk to your doctor about it, and don't be shy, doctors have seen pretty much everything.

Okay then....

The answer to your question is.... no! There is nothing you can do other than wait and 'hope' that your Gyne disipates as you get older.

John.

Yeah, there is something you can do - don't get fat!

Apart from the obvious psuedo-gyne, fat cells produce oestrogen & can cause glandular tissue to form. That's one theory I've seem in med. reports anyways...seems possible to me.

The other thing is what you eat. I haven't really got many specific suggestions here but there have been other threads on this board where the subject of processed food and intensively farmed chicken / meat causing increasing prevalence of gynecomastia in men has come up.

I am pretty sure there is something to this. Who knows what sh*t they give intensively farmed animals to make them grow fast? If you eat the animals you eat the drugs.  Someone needs to look into that IMO.

But anyway why not try and eat organic and veg based diet for a while and see if that makes any difference to your chest.

Good luck.   Webster.

Hahaha, he told all of you guys.  Well stated.

Some_guy, how much did you have before it went down?  I've always been curious as to how much gyne could actually resolve itself in the teen years.

Oh and congrats.  Later in life, you should take the money you would've spent on surgery and do something really generous for somebody, j/k you lucky bastard ;)

Actually, that is pretty funny.  I think that applies to some people that post here.
