Levick retired - what now?

Sad news that Levick retired last year. I was set on him given his vast experience and reviews on sites like these. Now he's gone there doesn't seem to be anybody else in the UK on his level. There's little information on his replacement Dr. Vijh either. Is going abroad the only option now?
