4 months post op, is it coming back?

So i had the op in october last year and it was great, everything was flat, no problems except scar tissue but now when i squeeze the nipple i can feel a lump again and it seems like it is slowly coming back and getting worse again, any opinions or advice would be great

Regrowth can happen, but it is very rare. 
Within the time frame you are talking about, I think some normal swelling is the more likely problem.  I have heard from some men who did not see the final result for nearly a year.   That is not common, but it does happen.   Be patient a while longer.

Yeah i was thinking this, its just because they seem to be getting bigger/worse when comparing pictures from like a month afterwards. The last thing i want is it coming back haha
