Surgeons in US that film for discount?

I was hoping that the surgery could run for around $2000 (including local anesthesia). I also have a less serious case that many I've seen here. 11% BF + puffy nipples.

Sorry to disappoint you but it will be very hard to find a US surgeon to operate for that sum.  Puffy nipples rarely exist alone -- they usually have additional tissue spread out over the chest.  And doing this procedure under local anesthesia doesn't work too well, at least in my experience.

My best suggestion:  if you find a doc who will do it for $2000 -- run away!!!!
