I m 26 years old. Was 104 kg and after dieting now 78. Had gynecomastia problem and removed 3 weeks ago by surgery. (liposuction, gland removal, nipple elevation). Breasts are now adjusted with 78kgs body. Question is, if i lose 10-15kgs more will my chest be adjusted with 68 kgs body?

Weight loss can always result in some skin laxity issues. So the breast skin might get a little looser. Hopefully you have gotten a big change with the surgery so that any additional looseness should be that great.
