Hi, I'm new to the forum. I have a question for a doctor and would really appreciate any input.  I've been watching a lot of gynecomastia surgeries on YouTube lately because I'm planning to have surgery myself later this year.  One thing I've noticed is that a few surgeons hype using the Vaser machine to whittle down the glandular tissue which will then only require a small incision to the side of the nipple to extract the smaller gland rather than a crescent shaped incision from 3 to 9 o'clock around the nipple.  Is there a reason to avoid going to a surgeon who uses Vaser or is it advisable to make sure Vaser is used so that scarring is minimized?
