weird right side deformity only when flexing? help?
Hello I'm trying to get feedback on my right pec looking deformed upon flexing. I had gyno surgery 7 months ago. (lipo only) I tried posting a pic with my original post but it didnt work so im trying one more time. Can anyone tell me what causes this deformity and if a revision could possibly fix it?
