Lump under armpit

Hi guys , I have previously posted my threads regarding my gynecomastia , here are the links .

I got great response from this forum , speaking in short , you can skip reading my couple of threads above , I was told and checked by breast specialist that I have no lump or cancer ,how ever I noticed this swelling under my armpit (under arm) recently , the pics are attached please see the pics and tell me that is it swelling of lymph node or what, because my both armpits when viewed by me are different , the right one has swelling. Please help me out Thanks.

All you can do is get it checked out by a doctor,  as we have no way to help with something like that!

Thanks for reply , I went to 2 doctors , one was regular MD (family doctor) and other was lady doctor who specialized in breast , both of doctors said nothing is wrong with me and all this stuff is physiological and will go away with time , they checked my breast by pressing them while I was lying down on bed . But according to the rule of thumb I can't take whole time of doctor to check me as he/she has to check other patients also. So I thought that for such weird question I can't even ask my friends to check their armpits , so I thought that you guys are all experienced and can guess the best , Thanks for your reply sir but one last question that is this lump/fat or both armpits in the above photo are same or more exactly if I ask , does your armpits are also same like mine ?
