Worried sick please help

I have had puffy nipples for two years but I'm worried as to what it may be. I haven't had any discharge and my nipples aren't inverted. The lump inside can move and if I pinch them they shrink. I'm not sure what it is. The lymph nodes in my armpits aren't swollen either. It just worries me. Can someone help me please. I'm not sure if I'm overreacting or not but I think I found a lump in the right of my abdomen. Its long and firm and can move if pressed on. Its painless. I noticed it a few days ago

I can guarantee you that you don't need to be worried sick about it! Sometimes this can be very normal depending on your age or caused by a medication if you are on any, however it's nothing that is life threatening!

Have you set up an appointment with your primary care doctor yet, if not you can start there.
