3 months post op and very puffy!!

I had surgery about 3 months ago and my chest looked awesome a few days after surgery and now there is a hell of alot of scar tissue to the sides of my nipples and under my right nipple there is a pea sized lump which i'm guessing is what is making it stick out on the bottom.  I massage it every night, but the scar tissue isn't braking up.  Is there anything else I should do?  Is this gonna go away?  Am I massaging hard enough or too hard maybe?  I try to squeeze the pea size lump really hard to maybe make it go away and brake up but it doesn't work.  The doc said that my right one is like that because he took more tissue out of it.  That just doesn't sound right to me.  I had glandular excision and liposuction done.  Please let me know what you guys think

looks pretty good to me? does ur dr recomend squeezing it? i would have thought that would cause more bruising? hard to tell from that pic maybe but looks pretty good just need to heal up.

the bottom picture messed up agian.  If you look closly, the bottom of my nipple in the second picture is puffing out

How can one distinguish scar tissue from regular ol' gland?

I think the frontal pics look fine.  I don't know what the other guys can say.  I know your dr said there's more scar tissue on that side because he took more out. I don't know.  Maybe Dr. Bermant will weigh in on this one.

I don't see any puffyness at all. Your chest looks okay to me. What are you getting your shorts in a bunch about?

disagree, i can see why you're still feeling unhappy, but i also think three months might still be early.  but if you paid for it, you should have the right to give the guy a call and discuss it.

Do you think I should wait a little bit longer to see if it goes away?  Also, should I continue to keep messaging until all of the scar tissue is gone?
