gynecomastia 7 months after surgery

its not my first time here, i posted like 5 monthes ago

i have surgery 7 monthes ago, my niples looks fine at the beging, after 2-3 month they were a little bit puffy, but now 7 months later they faltten.
but i feel like me right chest look lot better than my left chest.
after the surgery i remember that my left nipple look lot better than my right one . but now its feel that my right nipple really flat and my left not.
its look like a gland to you? or just time and it will be flat ?
maybe its loose skin?fat? i hope until one year it will be ok.
