Questions about gyno/puberty

I was just wondering, if a person gets gyno at puberty, at the same time gain a lot of weight , if it is possible to loose gyno by loosing the weight since it is said that gyno, in most cases goes away after puberty. Which would mean the only thing from me looking normal in the chest area is the excessive weight ( I am 20 yrs old weigh 230 lbs. at 5'7), I apologize if this question was asked before
