How long until I can do kickboxing or hit the gym hard after surgery? in Post Surgery and Healing After Surgery

I plan on having a gyno operation ([uffy nipples and a bit of gyno) with a areola reduction alongside. I want to be 100% safe and not mess anything up. How long until I can go full out (aka maybe get hit in the chest/do bench press as hard as i can)?
