One nipple turned inwards - 2 months post op

Well guys,
need some reasurrance or help or any info from doctors is appreciated.
I did my surgery before 2 months exactly. I resized also my nipples (in height). One is ok. The other is turned inwards. I had stitches the first 3-4 weeks to both nipples, but the incisions were totally different in each nipple. Now the area is still hard and i dont know if this is normal and will pop out in few weeks, or my surgeon did something wrong to my nipple?
