Gynecomastia Surgery — Manila, Philippines

Last week June 05, 2017 I undergone my surgery to correct my chest abnormality (Gynecomastia) under the coolest doctor I've ever known — Dr. Benny Herbosa.

To tell you the truth, masakit ang procedure na 'to especially yung cauterization to stop severe bleeding advise ko lang sa inyo sa mga magpapaopera pa lang don't try to remove your feet upon the steel plate while you are under the procedure already makukuryente ka habang nagcacauterize haha. nangyari kasi 'to sakin ilang beses ako naground dahil natatanggal sa pagkakapatong yung paa ko sa steel plate.. Actually nahirapan nga sakin sina Doc Benny at yung ibang mga nurse dahil sobrang madugo ko raw para daw gripo sa dami ng dugong nalabas. Luckily, everything went fine, I am indeed happy after the 90 minutes procedure para akong nabunutan ng tinik hays haha.

Today, one week post op na ako. medyo mahirap talaga itong stage na to kasi hindi ka pwede maligo at mararanasan mo yung sobrang kati at init dahil sa elastic bandage na kailangan mong isuot more or less than a month. kahapon lang natanggal yung stitches ko at medyo swelling pa siya ngayon. Excited na akong gumaling para makapag work out at para matanggal yung excess fat around my armpits.

If you have the same condition as mine, I encourage you to go and get those glands off your chest. Nothing can shrink gynecomastia except surgery. Live to the fullest!

Hindi pa ako fully recovered eh. yung right after the surgery photos kasi ay sobrang swelling. okay naman siya halos lahat naman ata ng andito ay satisfied sa gawa ni doc benny. may doubt ka ba or issue sa outcome ng procedures niya?
