What do you guys make of this surgery info page?

I know this is a big ask for someone to read a page but by all means just skim read/read stuff that you think is important. I have read it all myself but if someone who knows a lot about this could chime in on an opinion that would be amazing. This is a big thing for me i don't want to go this wrong. They seem to be experts. 
My only concern is apparently they can do an areola reduction as well during the op which I have heard can give less than deseriable results. The guys at NOA clinic said they wouldn't do them together. BUT I won't likely be having an added areola reduction anyways.
