Pubertal Gyno questions

Hello, I'm 15 turning 16 in about a month. I first noticed gyno just in my right nipple when I turned 14. It was pretty standard puffy nipples, not too bad though. It remained relatively unchanged until this summer, and I was beginning to consider looking into surgery. Then at the beginning of August my left nipple was super tender and I noticed there was a small gland under my nipple. The puffiness is not as bad as my right nipple but it is noticeable.

• Why would I develop gyno again after 2 years of nothing?
• Is there still a chance it can go away?
• If I were to get surgery in the near future could the gyno come back?
Also I haven't made any lifestyle changed that are often associated with gyno ( never smoked or steroids or anything like that)

Typical gynecomstia usually begins during puberty and can have starts and stops for a couple of years. If it does not regress on its own after two years chances are, it won't.
