Should I go with Dr. Karidis to fix my old scar tissue with injections??

Been accepted to have a consultation after giving his desk my patient history. after being on here a while I know people go to him a lot. I'm a student so money isn't flush right now so £200 for a consultation on top of any subsequent treatment is expensive.
But saying that his desk is the only one that's given me any time of decent reply to my inquiry. End of the day i'd pay any money I can to fix this issue, but do people recommend going to Karidis for kenalog injections? Has anyone been to him for that...any price information?? Thoughts?
