For men with gynecomastia (excess tissue on a male chest), there is always a mixture of breast (gland) tissue and fat -- in varying proportions.

There is NO health advantage to knowing how much breast tissue is there. If surgery is performed, it will remove all the excess tissue (whatever it may be).  And be assured, gynecomastia, as vexing as it may be, is fortunately a benign condition -- it will not alter your health or longevity at all.

There is no benefit re health to know the exact percentage of gland vs fat. If you really wanted to know the exact percentage it can only be determined after excision.
