How to reverse fat graft to chest?

I had a fat graft/transfer done about 4 months ago to correct an over-excision of tissue in my left pec. It was over-filled with the expectation that most would re-absorb, however most of the fat has stayed. It does not look good and there is too much fat in this small area causing the area to protrude. 

What is the best way to reverse this? Kenalog injections or micro liposuction?

It may still be too early to visualize the final result.  If indeed, there is now "too much" tissue present, then perhaps some micro-liposuction could work.  Or, one could try some kenalog injections (which can cause fat atrophy if there is too much fat) or can melt scar tissue if some of the grafted fat has turned to scar tissue.
