You guys are a riot.  I love it.  I think it's going to take a while to find out what I really like.  I did the Know Your Boobs analyzer on herroom, that was interesting and educational.   I just need to schedule another fitting to make sure of my size.  I did buy an underwire, but I have serious side boobage though, and I think that will be hard to contend with.  It feels too small because of that, maybe I'll post a pic to get your opinions.  I need to find something to push it all in there.  The analyzer was helpful in that regard and suggested various bras.  So, still learning.  Thanks for all your suggestions and entertainment.

Actually, an underwire is better for the problem you are having.  It has more structure and is better at grabbing up all that extra side breast tissue and shaping, centering, pushing it up and forward.  Here is a bra that is very good at this.

https://www.onehanesplace.com/shop/onehanesplace/bra/bras-brand/bali-bra/bali-support-underwire-bra-24635

It goes up to 42 DD, I believe.

Also, in general, look for a bra with a wider center gore, the material between the bra cups.

Always try on.  Get fitted to start.

Good breast health is so important, and starts with the right bra.  You will feel so much better and better about yourself when you are wearing the right bra.

Olga has a line called "side effects" (i think that's the name) with a taller band.  I got mine a Kohl's.

Thank you for the link to the Olga bra, froger.
My girlfriend likes Olga bras and has suggested I try them.  She said they are good for full-busted people (she used to say  "women," but now has expanded to say "people" because of me).
She says that Olga bras generally run true to size and typically go with more of a light lining, so their molded cups are often less padded than bras from Victoria Secret or Soma, for example.  She also says Olga makes comfortable minimizer bras, and has encouraged me to try the minimizer, which is unlined and will make my breasts look like I am "only" a D or DD cup.
I will try them and let you.

Froger, I think that may be the first time a bra has ever been measured with a square. What a perfect picture for this forum.

Thanks for the link, I had actually looked at that bra but they only go up to 42 band and I am 44.  Someone was talking about extenders, is this what I would get an extender for?  My sister size for 44B is a 42C right?

I have no doubt Bernwald.  It took me a minute to figure out what the heck was going on.  Whole new meaning to bandwidth.

Jaku, you sister sized correctly. I wear an extender with most of my bras because my chest size and cup size didn't work. If I remember correctly I measured for something like 46B, but the cups were way to big, so I kept trying on smaller band and cup size combinations  until I arrived at cups that fit perfectly - 38B. Of course, back when I measured I was a newbie and may have measured wrong. Anyway, my cups fit great and with the extender the bands do, too. It would have been best if I had gone for a professional fitting, but at the time my wife wouldn't hear of it and really didn't want me to wear a bra. I chose to buy online and kept trying on and returning until I found that Bali 38B almost always fits perfectly. Good luck.

Thanks Chesty.  This is exactly my case.  I knew I saw someone had mentioned extenders.  I didn't know about those til you mentioned.  I may have to go that way.  I am still hunting for that perfect fit.  I have bras coming from Hanes and Herroom, underwires as ABWG  and Sideset mentioned (with big side support) and the style the fitter recommended.   Some other low profiles too.

Did those bras work for you?

Hi Sideset, unfortunately no.  I chatted with the rep on Herroom but her recommendations (44B) were to big.  The bras that fit best so far are ones I already had - 42B.   I still haven't found a suitable one with good, high side support.  My side boobage is probably a B or C cup itself :)  So, if it gets moved to the front I may be as big as you!   I am not that heavy, but there is a lot there.

Hi Sideset,

I got a new shipment of bras Friday, and I actually received two bras that fit, one is just a pullover by Bali that feels great: https://www.herroom.com/bali-dfbral-one-smooth-u-2-ply-bralette.shtml and then a Leading Lady Luxe Body Side Smoothing underwire t-shirt bra, but its got too much padding I am not crazy about, really projects.  I'll attach.  Then there was another Exquisite wireless that was too big entirely in the cups.  I also included a pic of the Goddess bra I bought at my initial fitting, which I didn't think went too good, but it is the right size, just need side suport.  It does fit in the band and the cups, but sides overfloweth.

Jaku, at least you're making progress! It helps to think of the trial and error method of finding the right bra like shooting artillery. You fire, make adjustments and fire again, and you keep doing this until you hear "fire for effect!" Then you let loose and buy the ones you like!

Those bras fit you like they were made for you and you look great in them.  I particularly like the Bali
