Revision surgery

I am from jaipur. I have had gyno surgery 4 months ago but nipples are still puffy. Now i want revision. Is 4 months enough or i should wait some more time before going through revision surgery.what precaution should i take while choosing a surgeon. Can i depend on photos they post on their websites. I have 2 surgeon in mind dr. Prashant yadav and dr. Akhilesh jangid. Can somebody tell me which surgeon should i choose.

I defer revisions for 9 months to a year in most patients so that the healing process is further along and I can better see what remains.  Puffy nipples at 4 months might need a corticosteroid injection to deal with scar tissue rather than a surgical revision.

sir i had puffy nipples since my surgery doctor only performed lypo. Still if you are saying its scar tissue how can i be sure about it.i know its too early for revision surgery but i am very upset about shape of my chest . I am too stress and my doctor who did my surgery is not cooperating me at all.i visited his clinic last month he checked and said that my chest is normal. If it was scar tissue he would have noticed it .

I agree with Dr. Silverman. Four months is too early. 9-12 mnths is  good rule of thumb though you can have a pretty good idea of whether or not you will need it by six.
