Hello,
I had my surgery 6 days ago and everything went well. I am just wondering how often should i change the pads on my nipples and how soon can i remove them totally and just wear the compression west..
Furthermore, wont the compression west do discomfort to the nipples if there is no protection. Should I maybe put on a t-shirt first, and then the compression west and then another t-shirt?
