Hi there 1st post, its been 3 years after i had gyno removed by a general surgeon (big mistake), he cut out a large chunk and did no lipo. One side feels like it has a hemo and the other the nipple inverts and has a keloid scar.I went to my all around doctor and he said that according to his notes no actual glandular tissue was found?!Anyway i plan on losing alot of bodyfat, think that maybe that diesting down will make the inverted nipple normal? As im assuming he cut out a large chunk of fat.Any advice would be great

I had the same problem and yes droping weight will help, and at the same time also build your chest muscles. You gotta get to a pretty low bf, like 10-12% though
