Hey Im james im only 13 im not sure if you read my other post but i just started yester dayi have noticed my nipple area ony sticks out pretty far and its really akward im not exactly sure if i have gyne or not i want to tell my dad today but im not sure what to tell him. I wana make sure that gyne is what i have but from what i read its actually your whole boom that sticks out and the only part of me is my nipples that stick out can someone tell me wit the infromation i have provided that if i have it or not

I cant really get a picture the only thing i can do is describe what it looks like.....Im 13 im 5'2 '5'3  only about 95-100 (wich makes it even werider with nipples that stick out) and i dont have really any man boobs but i have niiples that stick out farther then normall and its like you cant even see the center part of the nipple because it sticks out so far i can only feel fat inside of it
