Should fat graft fix???

Dear all,

It's been 16months since my surgery is done and my left nipple is indented.
The right nipple is a little bit saggy, but ok. My right gland was almost twice as big.
Concerning my left nipple, and as I don't want an invasive procedure anymore, my surgron suggested fat grafting.
He already told me the fat can be absorbed and thus the procedure should be repeated 2 or 3 times.
He also told me that if I loose weight/fat in the future, the injected fat can go away.

You have craters on both sides with one very deep.  This reflects the fact that too much gland was removed from just below the areolas.

It is my honest opinion that this deformity would best be treated with fat flaps (a one and done operation) rather than serial fat grafting procedures over many months.  You seem concerned about invasive procedures, but understand you sometimes have to bite the bullet to get the best possible result.  And by the way, fat grafting is also somewhat invasive.

If I develop pec muscles, will the crater effect be reduced or get even worse?

Sorry but your pecs, be they large or small, will have absolutely no effect on the craters.
