Endocrinologist?

So I am going to go see an Endocrinologist before I get my surgery done and I was wondering if any of you could tell me what I should be getting tested for and how much this should cost givin that I dont have insurance.  My case is pretty mild and I had lipo 2 years ago, but I need to get a gland removed and think that before I throw down thousands of dollars, I should make sure that once its removed, it WONT COME BACK.

It shouldn't cost anywhere near that figure.

you would want a minimum of the following tested;

LH
Free Testosterone

Or if you can't get free testosterone and can only get total testosterone also get SHBG tested.

Prolactin
Estradiol (sensitive assay for men if possible).

TSH- a basic thyroid check for good measure.
