Puffy Nipples/Gyno?

So I’ve had puffy nipples since puberty I’m about 22 now is this gyno and is surgery my only option? Currently around 16-17% bf also got my estrogen checked a few weeks ago and I was at 60pg/mL

Hi yes you have slightly puffy nipples and what looks like mild gynecomastia, most of us on here are well past what you have . If you can live with it good , but if it bothers you then i would say the only other alternative would be surgery, before you decide please do your research on the subject as the procedure can have unwanted after effects, not allways but it can happen please don`t think I am disueding you in any way just give it a lot of thought.Respectfully Walt
