I had my gyno surgery in dec 18 but doctor did only lypo then i had revision surgery in may 19 , doctor did both lypo and excision. Result was good but i still have doubt that nipples are puffy. So i had consulation with another doctor he said it is normal. But still i cant shirtless and when i wear tight t shirt of shirt it still looks i have gynecomastia. In consultation doctor said that doctor removed excess fat. Can u advise me what i should do next.

Sorry to hear that you still feel that the results are not good enough or you to feel satisfied. I think that the only way you will get the best advise is to have a consultation with a good gynecomastia surgeon. After an exam it can be determined what the cause might be and how to improve it. Good luck.

After two procedures which in total have yielded less than satisfactory results, I would strongly recommend you seek the opinion of a gynecomastia surgery specialist in your area -- or consider traveling for such expertise.
