I need some answers from some of you with experience. I am 66 years old, and I have small but noticeable "man boobs". For the last few months, I have noticed that my "boobs" sometimes get real achy and sometimes get a feeling that I call "fullness" or swelling, but I can't really say that they swell. It is almost every day for the right one, occasionally for both, and rarely the left one by itself. I have also noticed that the nipples are somewhat larger, and definitely firmer. When the achy feeling occurs, the nipples are very sensitive to touch, (not painful) in a pleasurable way. If I stimulate them, I can make my whole boob ache. Has anybody else had similar experiences? Also, does the achy, full feeling mean they are growing?

BTW... just for reference, I measure 38" around the chest and 39 1/2 across the boobs.

Thank you in advance!

Ive not posted here before but I have experienced exactly what you describe. I am a couple of years younger than you but mine started about 18 months ago and now i measure 36" under my boobs and 39 1/2 across the fullest part and fill an A cup bra very well. Im in two minds about the whole thing now, one hand I hate them because they are embracing but on the other I cant deny that sometimes I really do love them and wonder what it would be like if/when they grow further. I remember one occasion when I was driving and my boobs just started to feeling so erotic I had to pull over for a while until it calmed down a bit.

I know what you mean, on the one hand boobs on a man is not what the world considers normal.  But there are times when they feel really really good and when properly supported I think they look pretty good also.  This leads to a lot of opposing thoughts.  I think though at this point I enjoy the increased sensitivity too much to ever go back to the way it was before no matter what other people think.  The way I look at it is if you've never had breasts and experienced the sensations then you don't have a leg to stand on when giving an opinion as to what I should do with my body.  I know that this attitude is not popular with many guys here but I do know I'm not the only one.

Thank you for sharing your experience. It is good to know that I am not the only one experiencing this. I have searched the internet for answers, but there is so much bogus information it is hard to separate the wheat from the chaff. Anyway... I haven't really noticed them getting any bigger, but I have the achiness in the right one almost daily, usually more than once, and it generally can last for over an hour at a time. A couple of weeks ago I was helping unpack boxes and the right one got to aching and really uncomfortable, and I had to fight the urge to just hold on to it. If I did touch it, it was very sensitive around the nipple area, and it felt somewhat fuller and firmer. I'm not sure what to do for relief, but I'm hoping this will subside soon.

What you are experiencing is probably fairly normal, fullness and aching during some activities.  It sounds like your breasts have developed as you have gotten older.  This happens as a man's testosterone drops with age the estrogen seems to takeover the breasts and they will increase in size.  I have felt some increase and fullness, but perhaps not as much at the age you have, since I have had breasts since I hit puberty.  They have varied in size and sensitivity over the years.  When I was in high school they were pretty noticeable; I swam and played water polo.  Those were 2 sports that you really couldn't hid much of anything, that includes wearing Speedos.

The sensitivity issue is not all bad.  I had girlfriends that wondered if mine worked like their's, finding out was a lot of fun.  I soon learn how enjoyable sexual stimulation of breasts, hers or mine, could be.  You will likely have breasts for the rest of your life as I doubt at many people have surgery once they are in their late 60's.  So you may as well enjoy the sensitivity if you like it. Nothing wrong, weird or strange about having a little sexual gratification even at that age.  Being almost 70, I can tell you that it gets more difficult to get stuff cranked up as you age so take what you can get.

I have had this sensation the whole time I have had my breasts. I developed as a teen due to hormonal imbalance and they have steadily continued to grow very slowly through out my life. I am now up to a 38DD. I know part of that growth has been by being grossly overweight at times in my life and it seems that every time I lost weight, they were a little larger than before. There are days when both breasts are so itchy, I can't stand it, then other days no itching at all. The feeling of fullness comes and goes as well. I also have a sensitivity over all the breast, not just the aerola that has been there for many years and has gotten more sensitive through the years.

For a while, I was getting this every day. For the last few weeks, it has just been a couple of days each week. If I wear a bra, the achiness does not totally go away, but it feels much better just having the compression on it. As for the sensitivity, I have found that it is more around the outside of the nipple sometimes extending as far as an inch away. And, yes, I do enjoy that part.

I get that itchy feeling at times too.  It seems to be mostly around the nipple area.  Even when wearing a bra, which I do most of the time.
