Round Block or not

Hi guys,

I have already made a check and verified that I have gynecomastia.

I went to two surgeons and they said to me two different things.
One told me that a round block incision is needed because the nipples area are big and should be reduced to obtain a good aesthetic result.
The second one told me that is not needed and a good result will be achieved by cutting in the area below the nipples. Also, the round block technique is risky and in any case would be better doing afterwards.
