Nipples have flattened down quite nicely i think. Somedays still have the odd puffyness but on the whole nipples are better. Still to heavy in the chest though. I have been in communication with Mr Levick who agrees that perhaps some more lipo will be in order at the 6 month + mark which is encouraging. I will post 4 month update after the 9th.

I definitley see improvements when i look in the mirror, but pictures usually dissapoint me. I think my scar tissue has flattened down quite a bit. I havent massaged as much this month and perhaps that whys. I think for me maybe the massaging was just aggrevating the scar tissue.
