Excision ONLY for Gyecomastia Grade 2....

My main concern is puffy nipples. My gyno is grade 2. 

Local hospital General surgeon, do not have liposuction tools... 

Can my condition improved by EXCISION only ?

And I see many complain abt dented nipples. How to avoid this ??

I use lipo and UAL in almost every case, even in those with small amounts of glandular gyno. I do this because I think it helps produce a very smooth appearance. Not to get too political but a regular General surgeon will probably not be as familiar or use liposuction than a Plastic surgeon. Most of the irregularities I have seen came at the hands of General surgeons.
