Subcutaneous Mastectomy?

I developed unilatral (right side) gyne as a teenager and it never went away. I had surgery (I think primarily lipo) over twenty years ago (I'm 47 now). It came back within months of the surgery. 

I recently discovered the method of subcutaneous mastectomy online and was wondering if anyone has had that procedure. If I were to have surgery again I think this is what I would do--it basically removes the entire mass from what I can tell. I'd give almost anything to have this done.
