Pubertal Gyno?

I'm 22 old I believe I may have gyno but not sure. I believe I could have had pubertal gyno but was never diagnosed. Is it possible for it to stay past puberty?

Most of my twenty something patients have had gyne since puberty -- you are not alone by any means.

Thanks, Doctor glad to hear I'm not alone. I occasionally will have some clear or whitish nipple discharge is that something I should be worried about?

Nothing to worry about.  Would avoid squeezing your nipples to try to elicit some discharge, though.

This is by far the most common presentation of gynecomastia regardless of the age of the patient when they eventually seek correction. If it does not resolve within a year or so it generally doesn't resolve.
