Have had 43 years of experience in surgery including neurosurgery. This is not a surgical problem as it can be dealt with by chemotherapy at this size. The success rate is very high and if it doesn’t work then the problem is controlled by same therapy for many years. At 73 the outcome is looking good. Rare to be an outlier in this scenario, the worst to happen will be continued breast growth.😀

I am appreciative of them more as my wife bought me a few new bras since my older ones are not capturing the side boob well enough. The old ones do not help relieve the baseball in the armpits feeling. The newer ones have a slightly larger cup and higher side panels to keep the side boob at bay. They help quite a bit. Keeps the discomfort level from movement down.
Hopefully this chemo will stop the growth and decrease the discomfort.
I like my breasts just as they are, not looking forward to growing to DD or greater . 
I love the woman, been a stellar partner fo 37 years.

I came back to this thread this morning simply because of the incredible enjoyment I'm finding in how beautifully one of my favorite brassieres is presenting my breasts.  As I've written before, had I been given a slender body with a flat chest I would definitely take it but, alas, that was not what came my way.  Breasts are here and I've concluded I want to enjoy them in every way possible.  At the moment I am, in large measure because of the brassieres that pull the whole mass of my breasts together.  I'd show you a photo but you've seen many photos of the Lilyette minimizing brassiere that I love.  Ahh, but I don't know if I've ever shared a photo of the dark blue brassiere.  It doesn't read as well as the lighter colors but it fit PERFECTLY with the silkiest material of any brassiere I own.  It is delicious... so here you go.

I'm with ya.  I recently picked up a new one in a light blue and have to say I too am enjoying the fit, feel of the fabric and the color.  It is a nice feeling to be filling it so well and being comfortable and supported. I would have never imagined I would be filling a bra like this and in my mind looking so good.

I found myself thinking a few moments ago as I felt my breasts filling the front of the cotton canvas overshirt I'm wearing at the moment that if the girl sitting next to me in my car at the drive-in movie had had breasts like these I'd be thrilled at the possibilities that lay ahead.  Isn't that a funny thought?  Dates me, of course, because drive-in theaters are pretty much a thing of the past.  They say youth is wasted on the young, but there were moments I was very happy to be alive back then... even as I feel right now.  I wonder what it would have been like to be a voluptuous teenage girl...  or a voluptuous woman for that matter.  I guess having voluptuous breasts on one's chest would do that to a guy...

This is perhaps one of the reasons that I'm fascinated by what are called "traps"... boys drawn to wearing female clothes, especially undergarments.  They may be on their way toward transitioning but I don't know that.  I've said before that were I a teen in this day and age I could very well have gone in that direction.  Of course, my experience with crossdressing began when I was 12 years old.  It was incredibly confusing and shame filled.  I understand now that it was all rooted in sexual trauma I experienced as a boy, but regardless of how it all began, it pretty much consumed me during my teenage years.  Doubtless my fascination with breasts and brassieres can be traced back to those experiences... aided, of course, by the blossoming of my very own breasts.  What a crazy world in which we live.  Everything is not only possible, it exists somewhere.  So finding a few dozen men who want to talk about their breasts while indulging in shopping for brassieres should not be too surprising.  As I've said before that when I visit my favored crossdressing website that are always HUNDREDS of folks viewing the site.  They may be coming to their affection for women's lingerie from a different angle, but there are more men under-dressing that anyone would imagine.  I've mentioned the question asked at that site of police officers present how many wore panties to work.  Then men said they wore them beneath their uniform.  Think about THAT the next time you encounter a police officer who isn't a woman!
