Thanks @Justagirl
I still have occasional pain and burning in my breasts so I doubt they will stay at this size.  It is a measured size, but the question is whether a bra of that size would fill my cups.  so I will refrain from buying a new and bigger bra for a while.  In addition to bras, I also have a problem with my body structure, because my body is a woman's hourglass.  Because of this, men's clothes don't look as good on me as they do on a normally built man.  I saw that there are brands that produce unisex clothes, so I will probably focus on them.

Many women's clothes are very androgynous as well. 😉

I'm looking at my topic that I shyly opened more than 5 years ago where I was looking for an answer regarding my potential gynecomastia. At that time, I was still insecure about myself and slowly started to accept my condition. As time went on, my breasts got bigger and bigger. And I was more and more proud of them. So much so that I took phytoestrogens for a while. The result was that my already slightly feminized body became even more feminized. My breasts reached a size 42 D. It didn't stop there, but changes also occurred in the genital area. A person who knows me well, and is a medical professional, is persuading me to have a medical examination, because my changes are atypical and quite strong considering that I haven't taken any synthetic hormones like HRT. This person suspects that I have some kind of intersex variant that a medical examination should confirm or reject. Personally, I wouldn't be surprised, because since childhood and puberty I haven't felt like I'm fully a man, but that there's something more to it. Things that weren't typical for men, but were present in me, are: little or almost no body hair, mild gynecomastia, a feminine body build, I don't have a pronounced Adam's apple, a delicate build, and weak muscle development. Despite going to the gym for many years, my muscle development didn't change much. Not even with adequate nutrition. Something in my body blocked me from being at least approximately a man. And what's most interesting, 4 years ago I had my hormones removed and they were even normal, which is a total enigma. That's why I should go for a different examination, such as a more detailed blood hormonal test, karyotype, and ultrasound of the abdomen and testicles.

That's where I'll end my post for now. And below I'm posting a photo from today that shows how much progress I've :)

I got lost in translation, haha
No, they weren't removed.
My hormones were normal. That's an enigma. Why do I have feminization of the body, including breast growth, and my hormones are normal? True, my testosterone was in the lower half of normal. But the results are still considered normal.

It caught my attention, I had mine removed by nature. First testosterone. Instead of the 1% drop /year it went to zero to 12 in a few months. Did not feel good. The the E 2 levels went up in response ( aromatase). The gynecomastia came on quick. Then the Ca++ levels went up& a parathyroidoma manifested. Surgery fixed  that . Then a small lactation event started. It was followed by a ‘let down’ sensation in public. Got a lot of head scratching by my doctors. Then a Prolactinoma was found. 2 mm size. My investigation into academia’s deep library recesses led me down a rabbit of Endocrine mystery. It’s called MEN Syndrome. I found the doctors highly resistant to the suggestion. It’s “too rare”. Got a new Endocrinologist and moved on to genetic testing. Found a mutated gene that’s associated with breast cancer. Mammograms have so far been negative. The last I read in the Type 4 said it’ usually manifests late in life an has a propensity to indolently involve the gonads.’ Yep sure enough the aches proved to be lesions on Ultrasound and they had to go. So nature removed some hormones and surgeons removed a few more.
The word removed caught my attention.
