Hormonal changes after mastectomy?
I have grade 3 gynecomastia and have been advised for Vaser Lipo and gland excision. I'm ok with lipo but have doubts about gland removal. What's the function of this gland in male physiology. What are the affects of mastectomy on hormones?

I read somewhere that these glands have estrogen receptors. This made me wonder that such gland removal might have an immediate or longterm impact on hormonal balance.... Seeking some support before I go under the knife.
