I'm looking for a surgeon who would feel comfortable using this method for the procedure instead of excision. The glands are small enough to where I feel its warranted. Please reply if you are a surgeon or one you know of who uses this method with some regularity.

I do not know anyone who performs this technique.  However, I have heard of this procedure and do not know the results or complications. I would think a Goggle search may be helpful.  Another good procedure for grade 1 gynecomastia is the "pull-through technique which has a minimal scar. Good luck.
