Scar tissue

Hello , I’m new to this forum so I’m sorry if I’m asking a silly question. So I had surgery back 10 years ago in 2013 both excision and lipo. Everything was fine in the beginning flat chest until about 4 to 6 weeks when it started to get swollen again. The next year did a revision surgery lipo only which didn’t do much . I was never happy with the results and didn’t even know until recently that there could have had some sort of injections to soften and flatten the scar tissue. My question I guess is could something still be done 10 years later with the kenalog injections to get somewhat better results without having to do full surgery . Thank you

It sounds like you have incomplete excision of your gynecomastia. This is the reason the lipo did not help. Kenalog will not help if it is gynecomastia tissue which I suspect.
