Good morning! Hope everyone is having a splendid weekend.

My weekend went great,  did a little yard work and watched some cheesy 1970s and 80s horror movies.

Occupational therapist came over last night to go over procedures for getting sorted in the mornings. 

She walked over to my closet and was admiring my bra collection when she remarked, "I didn't know they made a "strapless" in a bra this big!"

We went over procedures to minimise falls whilst dressing.

That is what my 'care provider' does. 

DDD's staring at him and no penis and all he can say is, "some folks are built a little different." Then "gender dysphoria" is a condition that needs to be treated.

All the while pulling my bra back and looking at my boobs.

Wow Birdie and Taxmapper, I had/have doctors that don't seem to care much but that is crazy.  I definitely understand why you would want to find a doctor and facility that at least has SOME sympathy and understanding.

When I called the insurance they wanted to assign me to some dude that I instantly knew was going to dismiss everything I would talk about. I told them I specifically wanted a female doctor. 

empathy is key here, and when the lady in the Insurance Intake asked me what it was about, I told her I had not had a primary in 30 years. so she said...'full blood work and physical is in order..." 

So I am going to ask for hormonal and chromanone checks and talk with this doctor about "things".  
Like my lack of a brow ridge, adams apple, female (albiet large) hands and feet, they gynecomastia and the fact that I wound up with an orchiectomy on the left side when I was 17.

Male urologist 
They are the specialists 

The G P is male, and he is the one who is listening to what’s said and will act when the other two dither

Three ladies are in a car accident and go to heaven. Upon arriving they tell the ladies there is only one rule: "don't step on the ducks."

They look around and there are ducks everywhere!

The first one walks out a ways and accidentally steps on a duck. Immediately they handcuff the ugliest guy you have ever seen to her wrist and tell her, "you are now stuck with him for all eternity, you stepped on a duck."

The second lady walks out a bit more careful but somehow accidentally steps on one as well. Another super ugly guy is handcuffed to her wrist. 

The third lady walks slowly and ever so careful for a few months without stepping on a single duck when they come and handcuff the most gorgeous man she had ever seen to her wrist. She asked, "what did I do to deserve this?"
