Your breasts are clearly visible. Looking good. What do you wear below? Is it some kind of an abdominal binder?
A bra is just an article of clothing for people with breasts.

Definitely apparent. Most moobs just have a noticable lowering of the chest but those are definitely more lifted and overall fuller than moobs would be.

Your breasts must be a good size to be so noticeable without a bra.  Also must be a very nice shape, as you look round and full.  And lifted.  As we know, breasts are made up of fatty and mammary gland tissue. The more mammary gland, the firmer the breast. You must have a lot of mammary gland development.

It’s a binder to support an incisional hernia
Definitely mammary tissue as the radiologist
came out to talk. Stated they were dense and
florid ( meaning new growth)
3 weeks post parathyroidectomy and there
is a marked thinning of chest hair
Labs came back normal this week except
for the elevated prolactin level and the low
testosterone level , we will see where this goes.

Just came in today…
The chronically low testosterone remained
but it comes as total surprise that
the free test ( takes longer) is now
less than 1 ng/ml.  Sheesh what’s up ?
The T to E ratio is completely flipped
I can see where the breasts are going
to go.
